Fethiye Mosque in Kars City Center / TURKEY
Its an old church made by Russian people in years of 1900. After the independed; it transformed to a mosque and still using. in the east of Turkey, the weather is very cold. i did live there about one year. i saw the tempreture goes down -45C. frightining, isnt it? in the winter, some icicles reaches 8-10mt. height. |

its taken in Kars Turkey... the coldest city of Turkey. in winter temp goes down about -40 or -45.
but, in Turkey, there are many different climate in different cities. for ex. about 300-400 km north to KARS, edge of Black Sea, there isnt any snow, it always rainy.
About 600-700 km to south to KARS, edge of Mediterranne, temp is never goes down +5. but in summer, this cities are about +45 or +50 C heat.
